I studied an animation degree at Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee (Scotland). During year 3 I worked as animator and light artist on "The Happy Duckling", which has won Bafta 2009.
Before graduation I started to work at Ink Digital animation studio in Dundee. My role was a colouring artist on "Illusionist" for Sylvain Chomet that was nominated for Oscars (2010).
I graduated in 2009 and have been working as animator and designer ever since.
I work for clients as animator, storyboard artist, character designer, background designer, editor etc.
I also enjoy graphic design, playing with layouts and colour schemes designing unique websites and marketing materials.
My art style and creativity
I work as 2D animator. I have strong drawing style and really enjoy the classic animation. I create my work on large wacoo tablet and draw and colour my artwork digitally.
I enjoy brainstorming and coming up with original ideas. I am inspired by nature, animals and folklore tails.
The process of my work is to work closely with my client, bouncing ideas and developing unique artwork for them.

I have a large variety of experience in various animation roles. I am used to work on my own but also as part of a team. I work closely with other artists, I train them and lead them through the project giving them feedback and support.
I always treat projects with loving care, making sure I do the best work I can.
